Job description

• Lead end-to-end housekeeping operations for luxury serviced apartments. • Ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. • Manage room readiness, inspections, and guest arrivals. • Oversee linen, laundry, housekeeping inventory, chemicals, and guest amenities. • Drive quality audits, SOP compliance, and housekeeping standards. • Handle guest requests, lost & found, and special room setups. • Lead, train, schedule, and groom the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and fire & safety standards.
