Job description

- Lead end-to-end housekeeping operations for luxury serviced apartments. - Ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. - Manage room readiness, inspections, and guest arrivals. - Oversee linen, laundry, housekeeping inventory, chemicals, and guest amenities. - Drive quality audits, SOP compliance, and housekeeping standards. - Handle guest requests, lost & found, and special room setups. - Lead, train, schedule, and groom the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and fire & safety standards.
