HR Compliance Manager

Job description

Experience: 10-15 years Roles & Responsibilities: • Ensure 100% compliance with S&E,TL,CLRA, EPF, ESI, and all compliances under labor regulations. • Conduct regular internal audits at project locations to identify and rectify compliance gaps. • Prepare for and manage external auditors during inspections to avoid penalties or legal repercussions. • Generate periodic reports on compliance metrics & ensure timely submissions to internal/external customers. • Coordinate with external consultants, labor departments, and government bodies for timely license renewals. • Proactively track expiration dates and resolve discrepancies to prevent operational disruptions. • Track clearances and close employee records to minimize litigation risks. • Facilitate grievance handling in line with Industrial Disputes Act, mediating between corporate HR. • Maintain confidential records and ensure resolutions align with statutory dispute resolution timelines. • Conduct compliance spot-checks and align site practices with central policies Candidates with manufacturing/factory exposure are preferred.
