**Roles and Responsibilities** - Source candidates through various channels such as Campus Hiring,social media, employee referrals, and networking events. - Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules.
