Roles and Responsibilities • Source candidates through various channels such as Campus Hiring,social media, employee referrals, and networking events. • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules.
