Human Resource Business Partner, Senior HR

Job description

**Job Responsibilities:** - Analyze, design, and document business requirements and system integration requirements in alignment with the bank's operational and strategic objectives. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), use cases, process flows, and other project artifacts, ensuring documentation remains up to date with system enhancements and releases. - Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solutions are designed, developed, tested, and deployed in accordance with approved business requirements and quality standards. - Support the creation of test scenarios, test cases, and test plans, and participate in unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to facilitate successful integration and acceptance testing activities. - Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements, process automation, data quality improvements, and application customization to meet evolving business needs. - Take end-to-end ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and successful project execution. - Review test plans, test cases, test data, and testing outcomes to ensure solution readiness and compliance with business requirements. - Provide recommendations and functional solutions to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and business effectiveness. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices across business processes and technology platforms. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and internal governance guidelines, while maintaining zero audit observations from a systems and process perspective. - Act as a key liaison between business users, technology teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
