MS Office. · Calling up the candidates from the database and Counselling of candidates and parents. · Updating database on various parameters such as eligibility, interest, delivery of exam etc. · Calling up the candidates and scheduling the assessments and interviews. · Co-ordination with candidates on submission of documents for offer release. · Conducting counselling sessions/Webinar and assessments. · Participate in events organized by Government and other stakeholders. · Co-ordinating and informing the candidates on onboarding and scheduling for the same. · Submission of reports of called candidates on time. · Ensure all data are captured in the system that is being used. · Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organization.
