Key Skills: LMS, L&D (Learning & Development), Capability Building, Enterprise Learning, Learning operation, AI Enabled learning, Capability Assesement, Learning And Development Roles and Responsibilities: • Define and execute enterprise learning architecture aligned to business capability priorities and workforce development goals. • Design learning needs analysis and capability assessment approaches to identify skill gaps across functions. • Oversee learning operations, governance, and program administration across LMS and related learning platforms. • Partner with senior leaders to translate capability requirements into structured learning journeys and recommendation logic. • Use learning analytics and platform insights to improve adoption, relevance, and effectiveness of learning interventions. Skills Required: • 12-19 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or Capability roles • Strong background in L&D, talent development, or capability building with enterprise learning strategy experience. • Hands-on experience with LMS or LXP platforms and learning assignments/recommendations. • Ability to design scalable learning architecture, governance, and operating models for large organizations. • Experience with GenAI or AI implementation in learning, along with learning analytics and stakeholder management. Good to Have: • Exposure to digital HR environments and broader learning technology ecosystems. Education : Any Graduation
