Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Experience in Electrical / Mechanical • Expertise in CNC and PLC programming, (GX Developer, SIMATIC, FAPT Ladder-3, Siemens S7) • Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and troubleshooting Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems. • Experienced with various machinery, including Conveyers (Over Head, Power & Free) • Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks on industrial equipment and machinery in the automobile industry. • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues using skills such as Mitsubishi PLC programming and Siemens PLC operation. • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve breakdowns in conveyor systems, press machines, paint shop equipment, weld shops, body shop equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, robotics, SPM machines. • Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality control. Job Requirements : • 5-15 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field within the automobile industry. • Strong knowledge of electrical principles including motors, generators, transformers, VFDs etc. . • Proficiency in working with various types of PLCs (Mitsubishi & Siemens) programming languages.
