Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **Performance Management:** Lead the design and principles of the Performance Management System (PMS) across all employees. Oversee its implementation through HR Partners during goal setting, reviews, and appraisals, and ensure timely validation of payout grids and payments. **Succession Planning:** Drive succession planning by identifying key roles and building internal and external talent pipelines in collaboration with HR Partners and the Talent Acquisition team. **Talent Mobility:** Identify and plan talent mobility opportunities within the Group, including role selection, transfer, induction processes, and coordination with HR Partners for execution. **Hi-Po Careers:** Manage high-potential talent development by selecting candidates using assessments and training, and aligning career outcomes with organizational priorities. **Employee Engagement:** Partner with HR teams to identify engagement needs and support the execution of related initiatives. **Culture Custodian:** Ensure all employee engagements and communications uphold Muthoot's values and culture, fostering employee alignment with them. **Preferred candidate profile** Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, SPHR, Talent Management Practitioner (TMI) Certified Performance & Competency Developer (CPCD) or equivalent will be an added advantage. Exposure to People Analytics tools or L&D certifications will also be valued **\\*Please note:** We are currently looking for candidates with a strong background and expertise in Talent Management. Candidates with experience solely in Regional HR, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Ops etc. need not apply.
