\\* MBA/Postgraduate in Sales, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. \\* 8–12 years of experience in hospitality sales & marketing, including 3–5 years in a managerial role. \\* Strong experience in Rooms, MICE, Weddings, Banquets, Food & Beverage, and Revenue Management. \\* Proven ability to drive revenue growth, business development, and market expansion. \\* Strong network with corporate, travel, MICE, and wedding clients with excellent leadership and relationship management skills.
