Job description

The Product Lead - TASC **(Trusts, Associations, Societies & Clubs)** will drive the strategy, development, and growth of the TASC product portfolio by delivering customer-centric solutions, enhancing digital experiences, and contributing to revenue and profitability and support overall segment growth while owning key product initiatives and outcomes. **Overall Job Description** **Product Strategy & Growth** - Contribute to the development and execution of the TASC product strategy aligned with business goals - Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning - Drive growth in CASA balances, fee income, and customer acquisition within the segment - Develop and refine value propositions for trusts, NGOs, associations, and institutional clients **Product Development & Lifecycle Management** - Design and launch TASC products and features (e.g., CMS, collection solutions, digital tools) - Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and continuous improvement - Enhance existing products based on customer feedback, usage insights, and market trends **Business Performance & Revenue Management** - Track and drive key performance metrics such as CASA growth, float balances, fee income, and product usage - Support P&L management by identifying opportunities to improve revenue and optimize costs - Drive product penetration, cross-sell, and customer activation initiatives **Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Management** - Partner closely with Sales teams and Relationship Managers to drive product adoption - Develop sales enablement tools including pitch decks, product notes, and training materials - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Marketing) **Customer Experience & Digital Initiatives** - Drive improvements in customer journeys across onboarding, servicing, and transactions - Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance usability and adoption - Leverage analytics to derive insights and improve customer engagement **Risk, Compliance & Governance** - Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies - Work with compliance and risk teams to mitigate operational and regulatory risks - Monitor portfolio health and adherence to governance standards **Market Intelligence & Innovation** - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments - Support innovation by identifying new solutions tailored to institutional clients - Explore opportunities to collaborate with fintech or ecosystem partners **Education and Work Experience Requirements:** **EDUCATION** MBA or equivalent qualification preferred **WORK EXPERIENCE** 8–15 years of experience in banking, preferably in liabilities, current accounts, or institutional segments Experience in product management or business roles with measurable impact MBA or equivalent qualification preferred **Desired Behavioral / Functional Trait** - Strong expertise in institutional banking, liabilities, and current account products - Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities - Proven P&L management and analytical skills - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities - Customer-centric approach with focus on experience and digital adoption - Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for institutional segments
