Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (TA) • Drive end-to-end recruitment for branch and regional positions. • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning. • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities to ensure timely closure of positions. • Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. • Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and cost of hiring. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. 2. HR Operations • Ensure seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations. • Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities in coordination with centralized teams. • Maintain employee data accuracy and HR documentation. • Facilitate implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines. • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. 3. Employee Engagement & Employee Relations • Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention. • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievance resolution. • Conduct periodic employee connect sessions and branch visits. • Support performance management, talent reviews, and development initiatives. • Promote organizational values, culture, and employee well-being programs. 4. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) • Coordinate and drive CSR programs across the region in alignment with organizational objectives. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for effective execution of CSR initiatives. • Monitor, track, and report CSR activities and outcomes. • Promote employee participation in social and community engagement initiatives. 5. Stakeholder Management • Partner closely with Regional Heads, Branch Managers, Functional Leaders, and Corporate HR teams. • Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions. • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. • Facilitate effective communication between employees, management, and support functions. • Ensure timely resolution of HR-related issues and business requirements. 6. Branch Visits & Field HR Support • Conduct regular visits to branches across the assigned geography. • Assess workforce challenges and provide HR support to business teams. • Ensure implementation of HR policies, processes, and engagement initiatives at branch locations. • Support business expansion and manpower deployment requirements.
