Regional Sales Officer(Hotel sales)

Job description

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Regional Sales Officer with strong experience in the hotel industry, specializing in corporate and travel agent sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through corporate partnerships, travel agents, and key accounts while ensuring exceptional client relationships and market penetration in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: ●Identify, develop, and manage corporate clients, travel agents, and institutional partners to drive room and banquet sales. ●Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. ●Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. ●Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into long-term partnerships. ●Work closely with the Revenue and Operations teams to align sales strategies with Occupancy goals. ●Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. ●Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and promote brand loyalty through exceptional service. Requirements: \\* 3–8years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in corporate or B2B sales. \\* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. \\* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. \\* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
