The role involves developing and executing the regional business strategy, managing key customer relationships, expanding market presence, leading the sales team, and ensuring achievement of sales, collection, and profitability targets. The incumbent will work closely with Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) manufacturers, infrastructure companies, contractors, builders, consultants, and channel partners to deliver sustainable and profitable business growth. **Job Description:** **Role: Regional Sales Manager** **Company: JSW Green Cement Limited** **Role & responsibilities** **Job Description:** **Business Growth & Profitability** - Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the Admixtures business in Maharashtra. - Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives. - Drive sustainable business growth while ensuring healthy contribution margins. - Monitor pricing strategies, product mix, and commercial performance to maximize profitability. - Identify new market opportunities and business segments for expansion. **Sales & Business Development** - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets. - Expand business with Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plants, infrastructure projects, contractors, builders, and precast manufacturers. - Develop strategic plans for customer acquisition and retention. - Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of business opportunities. **Key Account Management** - Develop long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. - Negotiate commercial agreements and manage large-value business opportunities. - Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely commercial and technical support. - Resolve customer issues in coordination with Technical Services and Operations. **Team Leadership** - Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team. - Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews. - Drive a high-performance and customer-centric sales culture. - Support capability building through coaching and on-the-job development. **Market Development** - Strengthen the company's presence across Maharashtra by identifying high-potential markets. - Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments. - Recommend strategies for market penetration and product positioning. - Support new product launches and promotional initiatives. **Cross-Functional Coordination** - Collaborate with Technical Services for product trials, approvals, and customer support. - Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and timely deliveries. - Work closely with Finance to manage receivables and credit limits. - Partner with Marketing on regional campaigns and customer engagement activities. **Financial & Operational Excellence** - Ensure timely collections and effective working capital management. - Maintain forecast accuracy and business planning. - Monitor regional expenses and optimize operational efficiency. - Prepare sales forecasts, business reviews, and MIS reports for leadership. **Preferred candidate profile** 12 + years of Channel& Projects Sales experience in **Construction Chemicals products** **Should know local language.** **Construction Chemicals Business:** Our range of Construction Chemicals is a comprehensive solution to elevate construction projects.
