SAP ERP Human Resource (HR): Payroll-Support Executive

Job description

TCS is seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll Support Executive to provide application support, incident management, payroll processing support, and system maintenance for SAP HCM Payroll environments. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP HR modules, payroll operations, employee master data management, and production support activities. Key Responsibilities • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP HCM Payroll issues and service requests. • Monitor and support payroll processing activities, payroll schema execution, and payroll reconciliation. • Manage employee master data, infotypes, and organizational structure updates. • Support Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management processes • Analyze and resolve payroll-related incidents, defects, and configuration issues • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and technical teams for issue resolution and change requests.
