Senior Executive - Shopify Website and CRO

Location: On-site, Mumbai Experience: 2–4 years in any D2C brand About Flo Mattress At Flo, we're on a mission to help every Indian unlock deep, restful sleep with high-quality, affordable mattresses and sleep solutions. As we scale, we're looking for someone who can take charge of our Shopify website and conversion experience to make sure every visitor finds it easier to discover, evaluate, and buy Flo. What You'll Do Shopify Management ● Own and manage Flo's Shopify store end-to-end - products, offers, content, and overall site experience. ● Plan and roll out site updates, landing pages, and campaign assets aligned with the marketing calendar. ● Work with design/dev teams to fix bugs, improve site speed, and enhance the shopping experience. ● Maintain a clean, well-organized backend (collections, tags, metafields, redirects, app stack). Conversion Rate Optimization ● Optimize product pages, category pages, and checkout flows to lift add-to-cart and purchase rates. ● Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests across the funnel - from landing page to thank-you page. ● Identify drop-off points using heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data, and ship fixes quickly. ● Continuously experiment with pricing displays, offers, badges, reviews, trust signals, and CTAs. Data & Insights ● Monitor Shopify, Google Analytics, and site analytics dashboards for performance. ● Share weekly reports on traffic, conversion, AOV, and revenue metrics. ● Translate data into a clear roadmap of experiments and site improvement What We're Looking For ● 2–4 years of experience managing Shopify stores, ideally for a D2C brand. ● Hands-on experience with CRO tools (VWO, Convert, Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar). ● Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer journeys, and unit economics. ● Comfort with data - ability to analyze, report, and act on insights. ● Strong communication and coordination skills. ● Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS/Liquid skills.
