Location: **Andheri East, Mumbai** Budget: **Upto 5LPA** Designation: **Talent & People Partner** Join our Team as a **Talent & People Partner** We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, and creative **Talent & People Partner** as part of our HR Team. In this role, you’ll get to: ● Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role ● Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks ● Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations **The Experience You Bring to the Table:** ● Experience in end-to-end recruitment (International hiring, IT & Non-IT) ● Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs ● Source and screen potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) ● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in person interviews ● Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details ● Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements ● Negotiate salary with the selected candidates and release offer letters ● Onboard new joiners and conduct inductions ● Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates **Reach out to us on siddhant.jhawar@imarticus.com for further details.**
