Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is strictly focused on hunting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent in the Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation (B.Tech background preferred) or extensive experience as a core IT recruiter capable of navigating complex technical requirements. Key Responsibilities • Targeted Headhunting: Proactively source and hunt passive candidates across specialized platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, StackOverflow) for niche roles in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics. • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding. • Technical Screening: Conduct preliminary technical and behavioral screening to ensure candidates meet the specific requirements of complex data and AI roles. • Market Intelligence: Map the talent landscape, keeping a pulse on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and compensation benchmarks within the AI/Data space. • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future organizational needs. Required Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment. • Education: B.Tech degree is highly preferred, equipping you with the foundational understanding to screen technical candidates effectively. • Specialized Expertise: Demonstrated success in hiring for Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and related domains. • Sourcing Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Boolean search strings, X-Ray searches, and leveraging modern recruitment tools to find hidden talent. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close complex offers.
