From opening a bank account to securing a new job, IDfy ensures every interaction is backed by verified trust, empowering businesses to unlock global growth with absolute confidence. **Roles & Responsibilities:** -Develop and implement ideas for improving the Talent Acquisition process and outcomes. -Responsible for attracting and selecting the best-in-class talent mainly for Tech function's mid to senior roles from our target industry segments. -Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques. -Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. Social Recruiting and Boolean searches) -Implementing & keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire). -Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process. -Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases. **Candidate Attributes:** -Expertise in working on Advanced Excel & Powerpoint -Strong oral and written communication skills -Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases -Familiar with sourcing techniques. -Strong analytical and organizational skills. -Good time-management skills.
