**Key Responsibilities** - Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents. - Counsel students on courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, fee structure, and career opportunities. - Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, events, and referrals. - Convert inquiries into admissions by maintaining regular communication with prospective candidates. - Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, and interviews where applicable. - Maintain accurate records of all leads, interactions, and admission status in the CRM. - Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and finance teams to ensure a seamless admission process. - Address queries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets. - Prepare and submit daily activity reports and admission conversion reports. - Participate in admission drives, education fairs, and promotional events as required. **Qualifications** - Graduate in any discipline (preferred). - Diploma or certification in Sales, Customer Service, or Counselling is an added advantage. **Experience** - **0–3 years** of experience in tele calling, customer service, sales, or admission counselling. - Experience in the education, EdTech, or training industry will be preferred. **Required Skills** - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language. - Strong counselling and persuasion abilities. - Customer-focused approach with good listening skills. - Ability to build rapport with students and parents. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Strong follow-up and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve admission targets. - Good organizational and time management skills.
