Role & responsibilities TSM Individual Contributor role Field Sales (Lead Generation) EV Commercial Vehicle Key Responsibilities: • Drive retail enquiries through field visits, market mapping, and lead generation activities. • Conduct vehicle demos, explain product features, and handle customer objections. • Ensure consistent follow-up and convert leads into retail bookings. • Support dealers with walk-ins, test drives, documentation, and delivery coordination. • Execute BTL activities such as road shows, market storms, and customer meets. • Identify fleet prospects and initiate first-level discussions. • Track competitor schemes, pricing, and customer feedback from the field. • Maintain CRM/Lead Squared hygiene and report funnel status daily. • Work with finance partners to enable customer loan approvals. • Ensure high-quality customer experience at the point of sale.
