**F2F Interview drive in Delhi (17July 2026)** **Field Sales** **Retail Sales** **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive retail enquiries through field visits, market mapping, and lead generation activities. - Conduct vehicle demos, explain product features, and handle customer objections. - Ensure consistent follow-up and convert leads into retail bookings. - Support dealers with walk-ins, test drives, documentation, and delivery coordination. - Execute BTL activities such as road shows, market storms, and customer meets. - Identify fleet prospects and initiate first-level discussions. - Track competitor schemes, pricing, and customer feedback from the field. - Maintain CRM/Lead Squared hygiene and report funnel status daily. - Work with finance partners to enable customer loan approvals. - Ensure high-quality customer experience at the point of sale. Eligibility Criteria: - Experience in automotive 3W/4W LCV, MCV sales preferred from similar industry - Strong communication skills and willingness for daily on-ground activities.
