As a Unit Manager, you will recruit, develop, and lead a team of financial advisors while driving business growth and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Recruit and build a team of Financial Advisors. • Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business goals. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets. • Generate new business through customer acquisition and relationship management. • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
