Job Description HR Recruiter / IT Recruiter **Experience:** 0.6 to 2 Years **Location:** Airoli, Mumbai **Employment Type:** 1year Contract About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT and technical positions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for recruitment. Key Responsibilities - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and internal databases. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements. - Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fitment, communication skills, and availability. - Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports. - Build a strong pipeline of IT professionals for ongoing and future requirements. - Understand client/hiring manager requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines. - Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process. - Work closely with internal teams for offer rollout and onboarding coordination. Required Skills - Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes. - Experience working on IT requirements such as Developers, Testers, Support, Cloud, Data, or Infrastructure roles. - Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good negotiation and coordination skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. - Knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers. Preferred Candidate Profile - 0.6 to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. - Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus. - Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred. - Candidates based in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai preferred.
