Job description

**We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented BFSI Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of BFSI hiring, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.** **Key Responsibilities** - **Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles across Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, NBFCs, and Insurance.** - **Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.** - **Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.** - **Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.** - **Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified BFSI professionals.** - **Understand client and business hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates within defined timelines.** **Required Qualifications** - **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.** - **Minimum 1 years of recruitment experience with a focus on BFSI hiring.** - **Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.** - **Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).** - **Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.** - **Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.** **Preferred Skills** - **Experience hiring for Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or FinTech roles.**
