Job Description: Role - Team Member Qualification - Graduate/Postgraduate Typing Skills - 30 WPM/98% Accuracy Min exp - 6 to 12 Months experience in a BPO US Insurance process with Claims experience Location - Pune Shift - Rotational/Night shifts Week Off - Sat & Sun Cab - One way drop provided What we are looking for: 1. Good written and verbal communication skills 2. Good analytical skills 3. Decision making skills 4. Numerical ability 5. Ability to read and interpret documents 6. Should be flexible to work in continuous night / rotational shifts as per business need 7. Typing speed of minimum 30 WPM with 98% accuracy 8. US Insurance domain expertise with experience in vehicle and mortgage claims process 9. Calculate the total mileage and determine the fair market value of the vehicle at the date of loss, ensuring the insurer pays the correct settlement amount to the lender 10. Verify proof of insurance provided by lender, ensuring fair settlement and accurate calculation of lenders payable amount 11. Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
