Roles and Responsibilities • Manage agency channel sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. • Develop and maintain relationships with agents to drive business growth through cross-selling of health insurance products. • Identify new opportunities for expansion into rural areas and implement strategies to increase market share. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality. • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track progress against goals, and adjust strategies accordingly. Desired Candidate Profile • Strong understanding of health insurance industry dynamics and regulations. • 0-5 years of experience in agency management, sales, or a related field. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
