Job description

Role & responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for field/sales roles across Pune. • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, field sourcing and local networks. • Conduct screening, interviews and candidate coordination. • Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures. • Drive offer rollout, joining and onboarding. • Track recruitment TAT, pipeline and joining metrics. Preferred candidate profile • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably field/sales hiring. • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and bulk hiring. • Strong candidate engagement, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. • Comfortable with target-driven, high-volume recruitment.
