**Role & responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end **Employee Relations (ER)** activities for warehouse and field operations. - Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution through counselling and policy-based interventions. - Manage disciplinary cases, including **absconding, unauthorized absenteeism, misconduct, integrity violations, policy violations, and code of conduct breaches**. - Drive the complete process for **Show Cause Notices, Domestic Enquiries, Warning Letters, Charge Sheets, Suspension, and Termination** in accordance with company policies and applicable labour laws. - Coordinate and review **Background Verification (BGV)** cases, investigate discrepancies, obtain employee clarifications, and work with stakeholders for case closure. - Support and administer **Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)**, including documentation, review meetings, performance tracking, and closure recommendations. - Manage end-to-end recruitment for **Team Lead (TL), Assistant Team Lead (ATL), Executive, and other operational roles**, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-up. - Coordinate onboarding activities, including document verification, pre-joining formalities, induction, and seamless integration of new hires. - Conduct exit formalities, resignation management, Full & Final Settlement coordination, and exit interviews. - Partner with Operations Managers and business stakeholders to support manpower planning and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements. - Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and workplace culture. - Prepare HR MIS reports, disciplinary trackers, ER dashboards, recruitment trackers, and hiring metrics. **Preferred candidate profile** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - **2 to 4 years of HR experience** in **Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or E-commerce**. - Proven experience in **Employee Relations (ER), grievance handling, disciplinary actions, HR operations, and recruitment**. - Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, PF, ESIC, and payroll processes. - Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS applications. - Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently in a high-volume operational environment. - Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment. - Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
