. Job Purpose To drive the Annual Talent review process and Assessments at Group Level and Senior Leadership Levels. To centrally chart out and drive all Talent Management processes, including systems. To Facilitate coaching and development of HiPo#s across the Group with an Objective to enhance the Leadership bench strength. To provide Org wide Talent Succession pipeline updates to the EC. Job Accountabilities Drive the talent review process at GL level, and SLL talent review through the segment TM/ HRBPs Continuously improve all TM processes, systems and tools Provide guidelines, templates, facilitation packs to support the evolving business requirements Work with HR Heads, Talent SPAs and LD team to facilitate coaching and development of HiPo#s Periodically provide data to assess the effectiveness of the programs and initiatives with TM leads Work closely with the LD and TAG team to facilitate cross functional movement of Leadership at RIL Keep abreast with latest technology and tools to understand best practices and ensure that RIL is updated Engage with the Technology for system upgrades and ensure timely roll-outs Provide Organisation wide talent Succession pipeline updates from time to time. Present reports/updates defining plans to appropriate levels of management in Business /Functions. Centrally coordinate with vendors for talent management requirements across RIL Education Requirement : Post Graduate qualification in HR Graduate degree in Engineering or statistics would be an advantage Experience Requirement : 5+ years of total experience in HR Skills Competencies : • Certification in some Psychometric tools, Assessments and coaching .
