Job Description HR Statutory Compliance Executive Position:HR Statutory Compliance Executive / Senior Executive Experience:2 to 5+ Years Work Location:Lingarajapuram, Bengaluru (Corporate Office – Handling South Region Statutory Operations) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Statutory Compliance professional to handle end-to-end statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and Full & Final Settlement processes for employees across South India operations. Key Responsibilities:  Handling complete PF & ESIC compliance activities  Coordinating with consultants and government departments for statutory matters  Ensuring timely filing of statutory returns and monthly compliance  Managing Labour Law compliance and employee-related statutory documentation  Handling employee Full & Final Settlement (F&F) process  Managing employee exits, gratuity, bonus, and leave settlement processes  Maintaining statutory registers, records, and audit documents  Coordinating inspections and resolving compliance-related queries  Supporting payroll compliance activities and statutory reconciliations  Ensuring adherence to all applicable labour laws and company policies Required Skills:  Strong knowledge in PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment compliance  Experience in handling employee separation and F&F settlements  Good understanding of statutory audits and documentation  Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems  Good communication and coordination skills Qualification:  Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred  Relevant experience in HR Statutory Compliance is mandatory Preferred Candidate Profile:  Candidates with corporate HR compliance experience preferred  Experience in handling South India statutory operations will be an added advantage  Immediate joiners preferred LOCATION :LINGARAJAPURAM BANGALORE Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
