This role is pivotal in driving our HR strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage HR initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures • .Oversee factory HR operations, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, and compliance • .Drive the hiring process by collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing HRMS for recruitment analytics • .Manage relationships with external vendors to enhance recruitment and HR service delivery • .Facilitate team development and coaching to foster a high-performance culture within the organization .
