Fibe has disbursed more than 9.8 million+ loans worth Rs. 48,000 Cr+ since inception through its lending partners. - Winner of BW Festival of Fintech Lending Platform of the Year (Gold) and Fintech Brand of the Year (Silver) - ET Healthcare Awards 2024 - Excellence in Affordable Healthcare Financing - Entrepreneur 2024 Founder of The Year & Best Innovation in Financial Services - Winner of G20 Digital Innovation Alliance Best Startup in Fintech - Great Place to Work Certified **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, confirmations, promotions, transfers, retention, and exits. - Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management. - Support performance management processes, goal setting, continuous feedback, and career development discussions. - Analyze HR processes and implement automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience. - Lead Employee Relations initiatives, grievance redressal, disciplinary processes, investigations, and conflict resolution. - Drive employee engagement programs including town halls, leadership connects, surveys, recognition initiatives, and employee counseling. - Monitor employee sentiment and proactively address workplace concerns to improve engagement and retention. - Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to drive people-related business decisions. **Preferred Qualifications** - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - 4-6 years of extensive experience into HR Business partnering. - Experience in fast-paced organizations such as BFSI, FinTech, NBFC, environments. - Proven experience in handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, labour inspections, audits, and workplace investigations.
