Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned to manpower plans. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing and selection. • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation. • Provide guidance and support to employees during the probation period. • Coordinate exit-procedure activities, including clearances and offboarding formalities. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement • Act as the point of contact for employees on HR-related queries. • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner. • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives. • Assist in organising company events and employee activities. 3. Performance Management, Training & Development • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems. • Assist in setting performance standards and conducting performance reviews. • Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans for employees. • Identify training needs and coordinate training programmes across the site. • Assist in developing career development plans for employees. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes. • Conduct and organise induction training for new joiners. • Provide training to cross-functional team members on cGMP procedures and on revised standard operating procedures and protocols, where applicable. 4. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support • Assist in managing payroll processing and benefits administration. • Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies. • Address employee queries relating to compensation and benefits. 5. Compliance, Policies & Records • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies. • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. 6. Attendance, HR Metrics & Reporting • Track and analyse HR metrics to support management decision-making. • Prepare and present HR reports to management. • Use the HR E-track Time Lite system to identify and resolve attendance issues. • Monitor and analyse market trends and demand patterns to support workforce and supply-chain- related planning inputs. 7. Site Administration, GMP & Other Duties • Take responsibility for pest-control activities at the site. • Coordinate and conduct employee medical checkups as per the applicable SOP. • Take responsibility for all security activities at the site. • Handle QMS documents deviations, change controls and CAPA in the GMP Pro application. • Support the GM Operations on various projects and initiatives, and perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Education • MBA (HR) / MSW or equivalent post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management. Experience • 36 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical / API or other cGMP- regulated manufacturing environment. • Hands-on exposure to recruitment, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, training coordination and attendance systems. Certifications (preferred, not mandatory) • Certification in labour-law compliance or industrial relations. • Training in cGMP awareness / QMS documentation practices.
