**ob Title : IT Recruiter** **Job Summary:** **We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will assist in therecruitment process, support the HR team with various tasks, and gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.** **Responsibilities:** **Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms** **Source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews** **Coordinate interview logistics, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and maintain accurate records** **Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders** **Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and paperwork.** **Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement.** **Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion** **Experience: 6 months to 2 years**
