ob Title : IT Recruiter Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will assist in therecruitment process, support the HR team with various tasks, and gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources. Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms Source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews Coordinate interview logistics, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and maintain accurate records Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and paperwork. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Experience: 6 months to 2 years
