Key Responsibilities • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships. • Assist customers with Gold Loans, Insurance, Money Transfer, and other financial products. • Generate business through walk-in customers, referrals, and cross-selling. • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally. • Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company policies. • Perform data entry, maintain branch records, and prepare operational reports. • Support day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities. • Coordinate with the Branch Manager and team to achieve business and service targets. • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure operational accuracy. Eligibility • Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., BCA, B.Tech or equivalent). • Freshers can apply. • Candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Sales, or Customer Service are also encouraged to apply.
