Role & responsibilities • Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization. • Program Development: Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources that cater to diverse learning styles and adult education principles. • Facilitation: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes. • Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics, and make improvements based on feedback. • Budget Management: Assist in the planning and management of the training budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. • Compliance: Ensure that all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies. • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to integrate training initiatives with talent management and performance improvement strategies. • Reporting: Maintain records of training activities, progress, and outcomes, and provide regular reports to management. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors degree in: Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; masters degree is a plus. • 8 to 11 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Proficiency in training technologies and e-learning platforms. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
