Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization. - Program Development: Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources that cater to diverse learning styles and adult education principles. - Facilitation: Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes. - Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics, and make improvements based on feedback. - Budget Management: Assist in the planning and management of the training budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. - Compliance: Ensure that all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies. - Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to integrate training initiatives with talent management and performance improvement strategies. - Reporting: Maintain records of training activities, progress, and outcomes, and provide regular reports to management. **Preferred candidate profile** - Bachelors degree in: Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; masters degree is a plus. - 8 to 11 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Proficiency in training technologies and e-learning platforms. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
