We are hiring for one of our Multinational client for the role of Global Market Development based out at Mumbai. PFB the details: Industry: Biotechnology (MNC) Payroll Company: Randstad India Location: Mumbi The Global Market Development team is seeking temporary support to help address current resource gaps and accelerate execution of priority initiatives across the laboratory chemicals portfolio. This role will support the development of commercially relevant data science use cases, portfolio insights, and market-facing content by bringing strong knowledge of chemical products, applications, customer workflows, and portfolio connections. While the broader organization has strong AI and data science expertise, this temporary role is intended to provide the critical market development and portfolio context needed to ensure those capabilities are applied in ways that are meaningful, actionable, and aligned to Laboratory Chemicals Division needs. Key responsibilities will include helping translate portfolio and application knowledge into clear business requirements for data science initiatives;identifying connections across product lines, applications, customer segments, and market needs; creation of content and insights that strengthencommercial execution; and partnering with market development, product management, commercial, and analytics teams to ensure outputs are relevant, accurate, and usable. The ideal candidate will have experience with laboratory chemicals, strong understanding of chemical applications and customer workflows, and the ability to connect technical portfolio knowledge with commercial strategy. This person should be comfortable working cross-functionally, synthesizing complex information, and turning insights into practical recommendations, content, and execution plans. This temporary role will help the Global Market Development team maintain momentum on high-priority initiatives while ensuring that AI, analytics, and data science efforts are grounded in real portfolio knowledge and directly support business needs.
