This scale and diversity provide team members with exposure to varied customer segments and opportunities for professional growth. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role for an NRI Acquisition Relationship Manager located in New Delhi. The role involves acquiring new Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers, onboarding them to relevant banking products, and deepening relationships through cross-selling of accounts, deposits, remittance services, investment solutions, and other retail banking products. The NRI Acquisition Relationship Manager will proactively identify potential NRI clients, generate leads through internal and external networks, conduct customer meetings, and provide tailored financial solutions aligned with regulatory requirements. The role includes managing a portfolio of NRI customers, ensuring high service standards, timely resolution of queries, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. The position also involves close coordination with internal teams for smooth account opening, documentation, compliance, and completion of service requests. **Qualifications** - Strong relationship management, client servicing, and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with NRI clients. - Sound understanding of retail banking products and services relevant to NRIs (e.g., NRE/NRO accounts, deposits, remittances, investment and wealth products). - Proficiency in sales, business development, and lead generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition and revenue targets. - Solid knowledge of banking compliance, KYC/AML guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to NRI accounts and cross-border transactions. - Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly to diverse customer groups. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management, follow-ups, and accurate documentation. - Comfort working with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools for reporting, portfolio tracking, and service request management. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications in banking/finance is an advantage. - Prior experience in NRI banking or relationship
