**Role Purpose:** The Plant Lead – HR Business partnering & Talent Development is a strategic people leader responsible for enabling business success through high-impact HR Business Partnering, Talent Management and Capability Development across the manufacturing plant. The role leads a team of HR Business Partners and partners closely with Plant Leadership to translate business priorities into integrated people strategies that strengthen organizational capability, leadership effectiveness and workforce performance. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and people excellence, the role drives workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, Talent development and organizational effectiveness to build a future-ready workforce capable of supporting one of the world's most advanced electronics manufacturing ecosystems. While Learning & Development forms an important part of the role, its primary focus is to identify business capability needs, shape capability priorities and partner with the Corporate Learning & Development Centre of Excellence to deploy impactful learning interventions that improve business outcomes. **Who is it for?** This is not a traditional HR Business Partner role. This role is based at the plant (factory) and will be a 100% work from office role 2. Since the plant operates 24X7, some flexibility in operating in shifts on some days to cover all employees would be required 3. Prior experience of managing plant / shop floor workforce would be preferred 4. Ability to communicate in English and the local language (tamizh for the Mahindra World City plant) is preferred 5. 15-20 years’ experience in Manufacturing
