Position: HR Recruiter Civil EPC Industry Background: Mandatory experience in Civil EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) organizations Location: Corporate Office with travel to project sites as required Key Responsibility - • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Civil EPC positions including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, QS, QA/QC, Safety, Contracts, Procurement, and other project-based roles. • Partner with business leaders and project teams to understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans aligned with project mobilization schedules. • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, consultants, social media platforms, and industry-specific talent pools. • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical competency, project exposure, EPC experience, and organizational fit. • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with hiring managers, technical panels, and business stakeholders. • Conduct reference checks, compensation benchmarking, salary negotiations, and offer discussions to ensure successful closures. • Maintain hiring MIS, recruitment dashboards, and key metrics such as TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness. • Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and completion of all pre-employment documentation. • Manage all administrative and logistical arrangements for candidates including interview scheduling, travel bookings, accommodation, site visit coordination, and joining formalities. • Work closely with HR Operations and project teams to ensure seamless candidate onboarding and mobilization to project locations. • Lead and drive the organization's 30-60-90 Day Onboarding Program, ensuring structured integration of new employees into the business and project environment. • Conduct onboarding reviews and engagement touchpoints with employees and reporting managers during the first 90 days of employment. • Undertake a minimum of two mandatory project/site visits for every month to capture employee experience, assess integration challenges, and proactively arrest early-stage attrition. • Gather feedback from employees, project leaders, and site HR teams; recommend and implement corrective actions to enhance retention and employee engagement. • Build and maintain a robust Civil EPC talent pipeline while ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and recruitment best practices. Desired Candidate Profile - • MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. • 5-8 years of HR recruitment experience, with mandatory exposure to Civil EPC, infrastructure, construction, industrial projects, or related sectors. • Strong understanding of project-based hiring and remote site mobilization. • Experience in handling bulk hiring as well as niche technical recruitment. • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, coordination, and communication skills. • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites for recruitment and onboarding effectiveness reviews.
