**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates to secure the best possible offer. - Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage recruitment workflows and track progress. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
