Job description

Roles and Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates to secure the best possible offer. • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage recruitment workflows and track progress. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
