**Job Title:** Senior Executive Performance Management System (PMS) **Department:** Human Resources **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Role Overview** The Senior Executive – PMS will play a critical role in driving a high-performance culture across the organization. This position is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the performance management cycle, ensuring that individual goals (KRAs/KPIs) are strictly aligned with broader organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills to manage performance data, build dynamic tracking systems, and support leadership in identifying talent development opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Performance Cycle Execution** - Drive the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely completion of goal setting, self-assessments, and manager reviews. - Partner with cross-functional department heads (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Civil, Mechanical) to define clear, measurable, and role-specific Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all employees. - Facilitate normalization and bell-curve fitting discussions with senior management to ensure fair and equitable performance ratings. **2. Data Management & Analytics** - Design, implement, and manage automated, dynamic HR dashboards and advanced Excel trackers to monitor performance appraisal completion status in real-time. - Analyze performance data to identify trends, high-potential talent (HIPOs), and critical skill gaps across different project sites and departments. - Prepare comprehensive management reports regarding performance metrics, promotion recommendations, and compensation adjustments. **3. Process Improvement & HRIS** - Serve as the point of contact for the Performance Management module within the company’s HRIS/ERP system, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data integrity. - Continuously evaluate and improve PMS policies to ensure they are agile, transparent, and suited for a large-scale, high-growth environment. - Transition manual performance tracking processes into streamlined, formula-driven digital workflows. **4. Employee Engagement & Training** - Conduct workshops and orientation sessions for new joiners and existing managers on how to effectively use the PMS framework and set SMART goals. - Act as a counselor to address and resolve employee grievances related to performance evaluations. - Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to link performance outcomes with targeted training interventions. **Qualifications & Experience** - **Education:** MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. - **Experience:** 3 to 6 years of core HR experience, with at least 2+ years dedicated exclusively to Performance Management, Organizational Development, or HR Analytics. - **Industry Preference:** Background in large-scale manufacturing, greenfield projects, or heavy engineering sectors is highly preferred. **Key Competencies & Skills** - **Advanced Data Skills:** High proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, dynamic dashboards) for managing large volumes of employee data. - **Business Acumen:** Ability to understand technical and operational job functions to help managers write accurate, measurable KPIs. - **Communication:** Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to firmly but politely follow up with senior leadership to meet appraisal deadlines. - **Confidentiality:** Exceptional integrity when handling highly sensitive compensation and performance data.
