Role & responsibilities • 1-2 years of recruitment experience with strong focus on core Life Sciences functional hiring • Proven experience hiring for roles across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Quality, Manufacturing, or Laboratory settings • Good understanding of the Life Sciences talent landscape and domain-specific skill sets • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capability • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment • Flexibility to work in UK shift (12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST)
