Role & responsibilities • Minimum 3-4 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience within Mining, Resources, Engineering, Energy, Industrial, or related sectors. • Good knowledge of mining operations, industry terminology, and workforce structures. • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, SEEK, Mining-specific job boards, and other sourcing platforms. • Ability to create and utilize advanced search strings including Boolean and X-Ray searches. • Understanding of workforce compliance requirements, certifications, licenses, safety training, and trade qualifications. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals. • Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
