Roles and responsibilities • Minimum 1+ year of experience in US IT full lifecycle recruitment including searching, sourcing, screening / conducting telephonic interview, co-ordination and candidate engagement. • Strong working experience of job boards like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder etc. • Sound knowledge of various IT skills in the US Job Market tax terms, work authorizations, work types etc. • Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques • (Boolean, Xray searches etc.) • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Experience in suing MS Office (like Word, Excel and Outlook) • Eye for detail with multi-tasking skills.
