Job description Role Objective and Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Recruiting Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT positions across Canada. This role is designed for a seasoned individual contributor who possesses deep expertise in candidate sourcing, market mapping, screening, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and pipeline generation. The successful candidate will independently manage complex and niche hiring requirements, build strong talent pipelines, provide market intelligence, and serve as a trusted recruitment partner to internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on recruitment role with no direct people management responsibilities. Essential Experience • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Canada/US with minimum 2 years into Canada IT Recruitment, including full lifecycle recruitment. • Proven experience recruiting across various technology domains such as Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, ERP, Cyber Security, SAP, Software Development, DevOps, AI/ML, Business Applications, and Digital Technologies. • Strong understanding of search techniques, combined with creativity and innovative, out-of-the-box thinking. • Strong success record in managing high-volume and niche technology hiring requirements. • Experience working with direct clients, MSP, RPO, staffing, or consulting environments. • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex requisitions simultaneously. Essential Skills • Advanced expertise in sourcing methodologies and talent identification strategies. • Strong understanding of Canadian IT hiring practices, tax terms, employment types, and work authorization categories. • Expert-level Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, and market mapping skills. • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing capabilities. • Excellent offer negotiation and candidate closing skills. • Ability to influence and engage passive candidates. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • High attention to detail and quality orientation. • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reporting skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
