Role: Specialist- Talent Acquisition Location: Mumbai Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology Experience : 6-8 Years Role & responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across functions, levels, and hiring categories. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, success profiles, and hiring timelines. • Draft, refine, and publish job descriptions aligned to business needs and market realities. • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, and direct outreach. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and role fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring timely communication and a seamless process. • Drive interview follow-ups, collect panel feedback, and keep stakeholders updated on hiring progress. • Conduct compensation discussions within approved frameworks and support offer rollout and closure. • Track offer acceptance, pre-joining engagement, and joining conversion to reduce drop-offs. • Maintain accurate records in recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems, ensuring process compliance and data quality. • Monitor hiring metrics such as time to source, time to fill, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness. • Support diversity hiring, internal hiring, and strategic talent pipelining initiatives wherever applicable. • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience across every stage of the hiring journey. • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices in the Noida and NCR talent market. • Collaborate with HR operations, onboarding, and business stakeholders to enable smooth handover of selected candidates.
