Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Design and drive enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with business growth. • Build leadership capabilities across all levels, from first-time managers to senior leaders. • Identify capability gaps and develop future-ready workforce plans. • Develop scalable learning ecosystems through LMS, digital and blended learning. • Lead behavioral, functional and leadership development initiatives. • Build internal faculty and manage external learning partnerships. • Drive ROI-focused learning interventions linked to business performance. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building Preferred candidate profile • Masters degree in HR or a related field • 20 years of experience in Learning & Development / Capability Building • Strong expertise in Leadership Development and Capability Frameworks • Experience in Learning Analytics and LMS / Digital Learning Transformation • Excellent business acumen with proven stakeholder management and communication skills • Demonstrated ability to influence CXOs and senior business leaders and drive learning linked to business outcomes.
