**Role & responsibilities** - Workforce Planning: Maintain 100% Front-Line Sales (FLS) manning levels across regional branches. - Identify top talent using LinkedIn, Naukri, and niche job boards - Recruitment Efficiency: Reduce Offer Release Turnaround Time (TAT) to streamline hiring workflows. - Conduct initial resume screening, phone interviews, and behavioral assessments. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria - Track and report weekly recruitment metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) **Preferred candidate profile** Experience- 3years Education- MBA/PGDM
