Role & responsibilities • Workforce Planning: Maintain 100% Front-Line Sales (FLS) manning levels across regional branches. • Identify top talent using LinkedIn, Naukri, and niche job boards • Recruitment Efficiency: Reduce Offer Release Turnaround Time (TAT) to streamline hiring workflows. • Conduct initial resume screening, phone interviews, and behavioral assessments. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria • Track and report weekly recruitment metrics using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Preferred candidate profile Experience- 3years Education- MBA/PGDM
