Job description

Role & responsibilities : • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs. • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred • 0 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources. • Candidates staying in Suburbs will be preferred
